I was appalled by the unreliable internet connection . Despite bringing it to the staff's attention, nothing changed, and we were left struggling to connect. The breakfast options were monotonous, lacking variety throughout our week, particularly disappointing for a hotel of this supposed caliber.

I stayed in this hotel for 5 nights and thoroughly enjoyed it. The location of the venue was stunning, the staff were very very helpful people who go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and satisfied with all services.

The President in Split offers a fantastic location just 6km from the Old Town. The beds were comfortable, and the room was spotlessly clean, which contributed positively to our stay. Breakfast was really good with plenty of options available. Some areas need improvement. As a non-dairy eater, I was disappointed that there were no non-dairy milk choices. The free WiFi was slow and often unreliable. The night meals were poorly organized, serving a single three-course selection that lacked variety and flavor. We preferred to dine out instead. The room safe's access method felt less secure, as it used the same card as the bedroom door. The staff were great, enhancing our experience, but the restaurant's meal limitations and the WiFi issues should be addressed for a better stay.
